THE AUTHOR

A student of tradition and universal wisdom since 2007, Sofia Kapsali works deeply for the conception, constitution, and realization of a new consciousness in the world, living in the Essene village of the Garden of the Mother, in Panama. After studying psychology and experimental theater, she renounced the prospect of a successful professional career and dedicated herself entirely to spreading Olivier Manitara's teaching in Greece until 2018. Then, after completing her initiations and training in Canada and Panama, she decided to further deepen her self-knowledge leading to the individuation of the soul. For a long time now, she has led a simple ascetic life, but one full of the richness of inner research and tireless self-work. Today, she is involved in organizing conferences, seminars, and retreats in Greece and worldwide, aimed at helping those who wish to transform the pain and trials of their lives into an inexhaustible source of awakening, knowledge, self-fulfillment, and creation.
