The entire science of the spirit, spirituality, is condensed in this formula: “Know thyself...” Today, what do we know about ourselves? Our physical body, certainly, the first layers of our psyche, but how much more journeying is needed to discover and study the multiple centers, organs, or systems through which man can enter into relationship with the spiritual world, or the divine world as the author calls it, who also tells us: “How can we imagine that the Creator, who has endowed us with all the necessary tools to live and act on the physical plane, would have left us helpless to live and act on the psychic and spiritual planes?”
