General terms and conditions of sale for editorial and other products. It is hereby specified that these terms and conditions govern the sales, by the website www.Boutique-Essenienne.com, of books, art and craft items, audio and video downloads, DVDs, and CD-ROMs. These terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
Article 1 - Price
1.1 - Our product prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but excluding processing and shipping fees (see Shipping/Delivery Times and Costs). These prices are provided for informational purposes only in other currencies, but we cannot be held responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges related to the currencies of our customers residing outside the Eurozone.
1.2 - All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.
1.3 - www.boutique-essenienne.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration, subject to availability on that date.
1.4 - Retention of title clause. The products remain the property of www.boutique-essenienne.com until full payment of the price has been received by www.boutique-essenienne.com.

Article 5 - Delivery
5.1 General Information
The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.
Your order will be delivered within 8 days. This is an average delivery time that includes processing and shipping. If items are available for delivery on different dates, the delivery time will be based on the longest estimated delivery time. Boutique-Essenienne.com reserves the right to split shipments. You will only be charged for shipping and handling once. Boutique-Essenienne.com cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from a delivery delay.
In case of an unusual delay, you will be notified by email. For payments made by credit card, the indicated delivery times are average times and correspond to processing and delivery times for products shipped to mainland France. For other countries, the delivery time is 15 days.
If paying by check, the order will only be processed upon receipt of the check. Consequently, the applicable delivery times in this case are those in effect on the day the check is received and may therefore differ from those indicated on the day the order was placed.
5.2 - Delivery problems
You must check that the delivered goods conform to your order upon delivery. Product returns will only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
5.3 - Conformity or quality
We are committed to refunding or exchanging products that do not match your order (defective or non-compliant). You must submit any claim regarding items that do not correspond to your order (delivery error, non-compliant products, etc.) by any means (email, fax, registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) on the day of delivery or at the latest within fifteen business days following delivery. Claims should be sent to the contact details specified in Article 8 "Customer Service". Your claim must include the buyer's contact information and the reasons for your claim. Any claim submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Product returns due to product error will only be accepted for complete products, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) with a copy of the purchase invoice.
In the cases referred to in Articles 5.2 and 5.3, the shipping and return costs will be reimbursed. However, the amount of the reimbursement for return costs may not exceed 1.5 times the amount of the shipping costs charged.
Article 6 - Payment
Payment for your purchases is made:
- either by bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, other Carte Bleue cards.
- either by bank check or postal order.
- If paying by bank check, it must be drawn on a bank located in metropolitan France. Only checks made out in euros will be accepted.
- The check will be cashed upon receipt. Make the check payable to Bérénice Guitard.
